Meetings and conferences

We are proud to present our newly renovated conference and meeting facilities.

When having a meeting at our premises we want the customer to get an opportunity to get some work done and at the same time have a chance to enjoy the surroundings. We tried to furnish the rooms so they feel like home, far from standardized meeting rooms. Take a break and wander around the garden, have a look at the wild nature just around the corner, and then get back to the work in a minute.


Meeting facilities

Depending on the requirements on equipment or the desired comfort, several places within our premises can be used. Below
you can find a description of the different facilities.

The B&B house

On the ground floor of the B&B house therewe have a meeting
room, a dining room and a lounge suitable for smaller gatherings
or meetings.

The meeting room has room for 12 - 16 people and is equipped
with computer projector, whiteboard, flipchart, and cinema
screen.

The dining room can also be used for meeting and has room for
22-24 people. The lounge is perfect for a drink or a chat during
the break.

The Mill

The two floors in the mill can be used for meetings, receptions or
dinners.

The second floor is suitable for larger groups, lectures, or film screeings. Room for up to 65 people. Kindly note that the second floor is uninsulated and cannot be used during winter.

The ground floor has has rooms for 40 - 45 people. This space cannot be rented at daytime during summer (except mondays).

Conference packages

Include meals (fee per person) and rent for meeting rooms (fixed fee).

Day conference

(mid morning tea, lunch (quiche and sallad) incl drink, afternoon
tea)
Per person  200 SEK excl of VAT + rent fee

Conference with overnight stay

B&B rates: 10% discount on rates for meeting/conference participant, if the
meeting facilities are wished to be used the second day a 20% discount is given.

Rent fees for meeting facilities:

Meeting room, B&B house: 400 SEK excl. of VAT

The Mill: 800 SEK Friday and Saturday, 400 SEK other days excl. of VAT
